When this happens, we ask our customers to take a little time to check all of your uncommon entrances, ask other family members or check with neighbors. 80% of the time when this is done, the package shows up. If, after 2-3 days, it still hasn’t surfaced, please submit a ticket and we’ll send you a replacement. We do ask, however, that our customers do their best to “practice honesty” and if the original ornament shows up after we’ve sent a replacement, that you reach out to us so we can get that returned to us.
