I received the wrong item. Now what?

We’re so sorry you were sent the wrong item! Whether your item came Amazon PRIME, or we shipped it directly, you have our apologies for the error. Even though we strive for excellence here at Twisted Anchor, we’re also just a small business of hard-working women and mistakes do happen from time to time.

Please submit a ticket and include a photo of the incorrect item (this helps us learn from our mistakes) and we can send you out a replacement right away. We may send you a return label for the incorrect item but it will depend on what you received and the time of year.
