My item arrived in less than perfect condition or its broken. Can I get a replacement?

We’re so sorry to hear that your item didn’t arrive in perfect condition. Even though we work hard to ensure our items will survive the shipping process, we can’t always predict what kind of treatment they’ll receive by our shipping carriers. So, if you would like a replacement, please submit a ticket with a photo of your broken/blemished item and we’ll get a replacement out to you right away. We appreciate the photo because it helps us learn how to prevent the same breakages from happening time and again - basically, we can learn from our mistakes! There will be no need to return a broken item - once you take a photo, you can discard it.
